Wow! This one is a gem. I had the chance to see Real Estate here in Ottawa about a month ago and they were amazing. I remember being blown away by this here song and wondering where it came from. As summer winds down I couldn't imagine a better farewell. This track is still very much 'Real Estate' but you can also here a band maturing and evolving. These guys stole my heart last summer and this song has done it again.
